1. Introduction

2. Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures
- Users must complete KYC verification before making transactions beyond the initial allowed transaction.
- KYC verification requires the submission of a valid ID and proof of address.
3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
- Swift Pay monitors transactions for suspicious activity and reports to regulatory authorities when required.
- Accounts involved in suspicious transactions may be frozen or terminated as per legal requirements.
4. Compliance with Authorities
Swift Pay cooperates with the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) of Thailand and other relevant regulatory bodies.
