What fees does Swift Pay charge?

Top-Up Fee: When you load funds into your Swift Pay wallet using Visa or MasterCard, a flat fee of 3.65% is applied to the top-up amount. This fee includes the standard processing charge plus the applicable 7% VAT.

Transaction Fee: Making payments with Swift Pay at merchants in Thailand is free. There are no additional charges when you use your wallet for purchases.

Is there a referral bonus program?

Bonus Amount: Yes! Both you and your friend will receive a 200 Baht bonus when they sign up using your referral link.

Limitations: There's no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

Crediting: The bonus is credited instantly upon your friend's successful registration and deposit.

What are the top-up limits and accepted payment methods?

Minimum Top-Up: The minimum amount you can add to your Swift Pay wallet per transaction is 200 THB.

Maximum Top-Up: You can top up to 150,000 THB per transaction.

Accepted Methods: Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard for loading funds.

Where can I use Swift Pay in Thailand?


Merchant Acceptance:
Swift Pay can be used at any merchant that accepts PromptPay QR code payments, covering a vast majority of businesses across Thailand.

Restrictions: Please note that Swift Pay is intended for consumer purchases from non restricted businesses. Transfers to other Swift Pay users or cash withdrawals are not supported.

How does currency conversion work with Swift Pay?

Automatic Conversion: When you top up your wallet using an international Visa or MasterCard, your funds are automatically converted to Thai Baht.

Exchange Rates: Swift Pay utilizes real-time exchange rates provided by Visa and MasterCard. Please be aware that your card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee, typically around 1%.

What security measures are in place for my account?

Account Recovery: If you lose your phone, contact us immediately at support@SwiftPay.com.au. We will freeze your account to prevent unauthorized access and assist you in recovering it.

Identity Verification (KYC): To ensure security, all users must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You can perform one transaction without KYC; however, subsequent usage will require verification.

Can I withdraw funds from my Swift Pay wallet?

Withdrawal Policy: Funds can be withdrawn back to the original payment method (i.e., the Visa or MasterCard used for the top-up).

Withdrawal Fee: A 3% fee applies to all withdrawal transactions.

What is the process for refunds?

Merchant Refunds: If a refund is initiated by a merchant, it can be either full or partial, depending on the payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed according to the merchant's policies and may take several business days to reflect in your account.
