1. Introduction
Welcome to Swift Pay Co., Ltd. ("Swift Pay", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
Swift Pay provides a digital payment platform enabling users to make transactions at participating merchants in Thailand using PromptPay QR codes.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account information up-to-date.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, money laundering, or financing of terrorism.
4. Fees and Charges
- Top-Up Fee: Swift Pay applies a flat fee of 4.65% (inclusive of VAT) on the amount loaded into your Swift Pay wallet via Visa or MasterCard.
- Transaction Fee: There are no additional charges for making payments to merchants within Thailand using your Swift Pay wallet.
5. Refunds and Withdrawals
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective merchants. Swift Pay will process refunds in accordance with our Refund & Dispute Policy.
- Withdrawals: Users can withdraw funds back to the original payment method, subject to a 3% processing fee.
6. Termination
Swift Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Swift Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
