Merchant Terms
1. Introduction
These Merchant Terms ("Terms") govern the relationship between Swift Pay Co., Ltd. ("Swift Pay") and merchants ("you" or "Merchant") utilizing Swift Pay payment services.
2. Merchant Obligations
- Compliance: Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, including the Payment Systems Act B.E. 2560 (2017), and Swift Pay Acceptable Use Policy.
- Prohibited Businesses: Merchants must not use Swift Pay services for prohibited business activities, including but not limited to:
- Adult content and services (escort services, pornography, adult bookstores, massage parlors)
- Gambling services (casinos, betting, lottery, poker)
- Weapons and firearms sales
- Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Counterfeit goods and unauthorized resale
- Cryptocurrency trading and ICO funding
- Illegal advertising and deceptive marketing schemes
- Financial services involving high-risk investments, pyramid schemes, or money transfers
- Businesses engaged in hate speech, violence, or human trafficking
- Any other activity restricted by local or international financial regulations
3. Fees and Settlement
- Transaction Fees: Swift Pay will charge a transaction fee as agreed upon in the merchant agreement.
- Settlement: Funds will be settled to the Merchant's designated bank account in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.
